Family Nature and Adventure Club

I don't think anyone would disagree with the benefits of getting outside and connecting with nature (especially kids) and outside our indoor routines--especially in the winter! 

I recently learned about a meetup group called Family Nature and Adventure Club through the Blue River Forest School in Overland Park. I think is a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in getting out of our everyday ruts, building a healthy and happy community and time to connect with your kids in a deep and meaningful way through wilderness adventure. 

The group meets on the weekends, and a few days during the week after school on 10 acres of gardens and trails in Overland Park at The Kelly Gallery. They have groups that meet up with all different age groups and interests.
